Parrot CRM integrates artificial intelligence features via the "Business Bot" to provide automated assistance. These services utilize Cloudflare AI Gateway to access exclusively enterprise APIs (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to process and respond to user queries under strict zero-training terms.
By using our Business Bot, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your queries may be processed by third-party services to generate AI responses;
- The AI services are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate;
